Yes California is a bear (pun intended) - as I have been in submission/review for a year to get our CFL license for california so we can originate in CA.

The numbers that A&E shows seem very fictitious  Watching TV will rot your brain, it's flipping (pun intended) entertainment for advertisements lol.

Using an FHA loan to house hack is definitely a great option to get your foot in the door (pun intended)!
