I have been listening to hours of podcasts, YouTube videos, and audio books almost every day.

I’ve read lots of books, watched youtube videos, and listened to podcasts, but I keep getting stuck in analysis paralysis when it’s time to take action.I’ve never bought a property in U.S. and have no one/family who could help me here.

I got involved with BiggerPockets watching videos since I was in highschool but got onto here, because one of the lenders I use showed me this format.

We have a great law firm who specializes in this here in Florida, and they even produced a series of legal training videos for landlords and PMs (see evicttv.com).

Luckily, at this early stage, you don't necessarily need a mentor to learn a lot about REI.You can (and should) learn a lot about numerous REI niches by reading, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and learning as much as possible.
