Simply looking to gather some insight on:Who has been successful in rental arbitraging and what leads to that success?

The deals are as bad as it gets from a wholesaler in our market unfortunately. 100k spreads with grossly underestimated rehab costs.

I've been hosting since December 2016, and I think what made me successful was the ability to adapt.

(Just reviewed a house listed at $1.1M, agent said it's been a "successful Airbnb," and the revenues are just over $60k.

Then, I look for the lowest rates, the best market growth and the highest returns and Portugal and Spain come on top, provided that you buy the right properties in the right locations and follow the right strategies.Thankfully for me, I have great personal connections in those places.
