@Sandy Hu what are the rules/regulations in JT to have a main home and a tiny home on wheels in the same single family lot and Airbnb both for short term rental income?

I saw the writing on the wall with thousands of new units going up and everyone rushing to theme, leading to both quantity and quality saturation. 

Prefab cabins or tiny homes on small lots can definitely appeal to homesteaders and self-sufficient buyers, especially if you include basic solar, garden beds, and fencing.Biggest hurdles I’d watch for are financing (banks can be picky with tiny homes), permitting, and appraisal values; sometimes comps lag behind your asking price.

Land is available in PA, but often not in sufficient quantity close to the jobs and the new builds are quite expensive.I'm sure no one will argue in favor of higher taxes when just considering the number.
