If a property pencils out in a worst case scenario you can feel confident it will work in an average scenario.I'm also a huge evangelist for having a massive emergency fund.

I feel punished for trying to do the right thing.I used to think being a landlord was a way to build wealth and help others.

The interesting thing is that June feels already much better, actually the last 2 weeks.
