I have heard of them but would like to hear from others with experience as they are not super popular due to them only being for wealthier individuals with the knowledge of them.

New inventory seems more popular because of the better interest rates and turn key.

So much bang for the buck on the most popular room in the house....You are probably right but if she's in a less than affluent area of town putting $8,000 into counter and backsplash is likely not a good investment. 

In my area, these buildings are becoming much more popular as the city allows a lot of variances when building them.Most of the buildings I've seen are not medical, but generic retail.
