Some service animals are trained for specific tasks, but not all of them.

***Not to mention the 7ft. black snake in the backyard as well today...I'm BLOWN away that the sellers left us with a flea, opossum, and whatever else infested home and had "no idea" any of this was happening because it was clear living with animals has been going on for a LONG time.  

Having refundable deposits discourages the same people and also the liars who claim to have no animals at all. 

And some will abuse the service animals laws that mean we cannot charge or deny accommodation to service or emotional support animals.

If the Service Animal that perform as task or ESA that perform helps a person cope, or the have no animals.  

Totally agree—foreclosure auctions are a different animal.

As Bruce said, ESAs are more restricted that service animals when it comes to this kind of stuff. 

Plus, local vendors are usually eager to get involved with animal-focused events, things like pet adoption days, grooming pop-ups, or pet treat markets tend to draw good crowds.

RE is a different animal than "regular small businesses."
