I encourage you to ask this question on land investors.

The land will be zoned residential and will potentially has access to water, sewer and probably electricity (not necessarily) It's in a good location.

I'm interested in making an offer on a parcel that is 25 acres, I want to split the land and sell the portion I don't develop on, that portion will have Wetlands on it, what could a buyer use it for or will it just be useless excess land? 

My main questions is we want to buy a plot of land for 150k and then build a lake house in 5-10 years.

I just recently acquired 2 plots of land in St Cloud Florida in a gated townhome community from a tax deed auction.

Together we found a land deal which will let us purchase a piece of land and build two homes on it to sell. 

Stafford Land company comes to mind..
