I joined my local REI group, NCREIA a few months ago and it's been helpful in my RE education and caché.

it was a one of a kind car wash at the time and I think that helped with a high appraisal. at time of the lower appraisal the owners were using as an umbrella company and showing -$80,000 a year in income. we spent a little bit over half a million to replace and renovate all the equipment and customer lobby all in all. check it out on google, Cache car wash express and detail in Logan utah!   

We own an 8-unit boutique hotel and our biggest challenge is keeping our ADR up (or be able to get through our slow season without negatively cach flowing.

I cleared cache.. still the same.so other than I don't know how to clear a cache  same results.. 

It can be returned by a search and the cached copy of what you wrote is visible to anyone. 

Try clearing your cache or starting over in an incognito window!

I am a small time STR operator in Wyoming, so my insight might not apply to larger areas, but I find that doing a theme for my STRs seems to get attention, The Rendezvous, The Cache, The Bunkhouse, The Eagle's Nest, The Cozy, etc.
