I paid 110% of his living expenses , Rent Utilities, Food, Groceries, Cell Phone, LegalFees, Immigration Fees, and sent money to his family several times (I was onlyable to find one Wester Union receipt (but Tulga Demir | Information, Documents, Photos I have others in storage I believe), and even paid to have them come visit on more than one occasion.

It's tough to find a good agent in Vegas when I have a buyer I have Googled realtor before but I noticed they did not pick up there cell phones.I tend to get a lot of inquires for 2-4 units or a good Single Family where they can do STR but some do not allow or there is steep HOA.

.- Security options include ID verification, geo-fencing of prospect cell phones and video call verification.

And, I don't think cannabis causes cancer, especially in second hand amounts. 

A lot of agents think that homes that need work only warrant a few cell phone pictures and a line saying "As Is" . . .

We use Zillow to avertise, MySmartMove (Transunion) for background checks, Google sheets of course, bookkeeping  is completely outsourced and they use Quickbooks (I died on that hill more than once, best decision ever to outsource), for communication a seperate cell phone and it's mostly text messages, rent collection via my bank (ACH), and maintennace in a spreadsheet (how much maintenance are you planning on doing??)
