Hi Jovany,It has been a while since I had a section 8 tenant, but if you want to focus on that, when you settle on a market can contact the local organization that handles those vouchers (for example, in Madison, WI it's the City of Madison Dept. of Planning, Community and Economic Development and for surrounding communities, it is through Dane County Housing Authority.Those groups can give you an idea on their demand and rental rates (as I recall based on bedrooms) and basics on housing safety standards you will need to meet as the Fed.
