I wonder if anyone else is facing difficulties?  

I'vw searched online but am having difficulty finding reliable lists with filters that are updated weekly.

There has been some difficulties with finishing the first two units of the duplex, and I believe my project was handed off to another contractor as I am being instructed to contact the new contractor for specific task when originally I was working with the main contractor that walked the property with me.

Since we agreed to close sooner in order for the seller to drop the price, we ran into difficulties getting the loan approved on time.

I'm looking to go the BRRR route with long term rentals, but I'm finding deal flow to be very difficult.

My concern comes from the fact that asbestos is a carcinogen and I've heard terrible things about people inhaling it when its in a disturbed state. 

Whether you hire a service will depend a lot on whether or not you already have someone you trust to plow and how many units you have, also if your tenants are capable of maintaining the exterior themselves (elderly/disabled tenants may have difficulty etc.)  

Many clients I assist establish nonprofits for this specific purpose, yet frequently encounter difficulties in securing suitable housing or face budgetary constraints in purchasing property, often opting to lease instead.

I've inhaled a few books, and one immediate need I feel is a way to stay organized.
