I have been using public listings such as Zillow, Crexi, Realtor.com, etc., with not much luck, so I am looking to find outside sources who may be able to assist me in finding off market properties or even someone who may have suggestions for other public listings that I should take a look at.

My understanding is that the benefit of student rental by the room is that you can get more per room (in this case, 6 rooms) than if you rented the entire unit under one lease; in other words, something greater than $300 per room ($1,800 divided by 6).
