Hey @Nathan P Tanner Apartment complexes do it all the time, you don’t need a finished unit to lock in a tenant, just market it like it’s move-in ready, and be clear on the move in date if it's within a month, that's a more reasonable time frame than waiting for 2 months or when rehab just started.
