.: Hello, from what I've read online and confirmed by an attorney regarding emotional support animals - a legitimate ESA letter from a licensed mental health professional to receive housing protections under the Fair Housing Act is valid.My tenants provided a registration certificate from usserviceanimals - I do not see a signature other than the chairman of this website.

They're willing to pay any additional fees, but if they're service animals, my understanding is I cannot charge them any fees or pet rent.From what I've gathered, I can ask for a letter from a healthcare provider that the tenant was "prescribed" a service animal for a disability, but they do not have to disclose what the disability is, nor am I permitted to ask for specifics regarding the diagnosis.

The total might be $3300.They're charging the students around $4200.So they're making around $900/mo, or $450 per bedroom..My house:I have 6 bedrooms, so the company could potentially take in $12,500 per month from the students.Let's say I provide furniture and utilities, If they want to make $450 profit per bedroom, at 6 bedrooms, that's $2,700 ($450x6).
