I use my personal cell phone , but have a Google voice number available also.Airbnb doesn't want you to have each other's number prior to the booking because that would give you an opportunity to go around them and get an off platform direct booking.I turn on instant booking and don't sweat it.

I also have a cell phone number, but, likewise, nobody answers.Seeing as this was working well, I collaborated with Beckstone & other investors to purchase a multi unit building in August 2021, those rent payments have also ended.They did not require accredited status.Since this happened I have been trying to discover their other investors, but to no avail, however I am going to reach out to Check Book IRA, they are not my custodian, but they have mentioned Beckstone on a podcast last year and said that some of their clients have partnered with Beckstone.

That's because they are all fat and happy and making lots of money or they are arrogant and have a mistaken idea of their value or it may be they are poorly trained, lazy and scared of peopleEnough of that.Do you really want to deal with agents that fit your description?

No, you don’t need to show a fat W2 either.​👇 What you do need:A decent credit score (680+ preferably but 600 is doable)A property that cash flowsA game plan that makes sense on paper​That’s it.​DSCR loans are built for:🤝 First-time investors who don’t want to deal with tax return headaches🤝 BRRR investors refinancing out of hard money🤝 People who understand cash flow > credit score​So if you’ve been waiting until you “feel legit enough, ”This is your green light.​You don’t have to be a pro.

I wanted to share a piece of advice that I've found incredibly helpful in managing the demands of this business: avoid giving out your personal cell phone number to owners or tenants, especially tenants.I highly recommend setting up a separate business line, like through a service such as Ring Central.
