Learning fast and finally taking action after months of analysis!

I found a small company and a mentor and I finally closed my first deal my first month with the company!

I've finally made the secision to jump into building a portfolio of rental homes and real estate investing.  

I finally got a property under contract and working on finding a buyer which is hard but staying determined reaching out to leads.
