If you hire a VA and need to replace them, how would you track your leads? 

@Katie Camargo full disclosure, Boob runs a VA provider service.I don't know anything about his business, but do know there are probably 20+ companies in the space.You can also try to hire your own part-time VA on Upwork (worldwide) or OnlineJobsPH (Philippines only).Just understand that many VA's are task driven and really not success driven. 

Has anyone used a virtual assistant to login data into a Excel spreadsheet like for instance, if I'm interested in foreclosure can I give to virtual assistant the websites that I want to look into and have them log the information as far as how much the bid amount I am willing to go up to.

Been looking at different coaches and came across Ray Zhang of Virtual Land Flip on a few Youtube videos/podcasts.

The people I know that use overseas employees for guest communication and admin work successfully hire people full time so they learn the properties and spend a TON of time documenting the home and the processes.
