— Laura My wife and I have 6 units in a Southern city about 1/5th the size of Memphis, and we have hosted successfully several times insurance relocation claims over the last 4 years.However, these claims are sporadic, and they can't be relied upon as the bread and butter for a unit, especially a singleton.
