How do I deal with the overlooming weight of debt?

BP an YT videos can give you a free education. 

I've watched numerous videos about this and always appreciate the opinion of a fellow investor.

HELOC is ideal because it wont' inflate the mortage payment and make a profitable rental less doable.

I will be taking so videos and detailed pictures as well.

@Caleb Brown the video suggests that this is much fastest than waiting for a court eviction and potentially cheaper too
