I'm from Canada where it is genuinely impossible to find turnkey cashflow but after a quick search i can find dozens of properties in the US that net 500-700 a month even with a 7.5% interest rate and after all expens...

As far as multi family, we don't have much worth looking at here.

I thought this is so smooth.

But it is so cheap and easy I can’t see anything smaller being worth the effort. 

There is so much more to it then just this 1 little aspect. 

Bringing back a tired property to life is so gratifying!

Assuming this is the correct thing to do if we’re planning to rent it liability wise because our insurance is so for a primary owner occupied and that would have to be changed as well.
