Why did soldiers force local citizens to tour and assist in burials?

A little about myself, I'm an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Soldier with 15 years experience in the Army.

I plan to obtain an investment property in the Johnston county area while in a police department then utilizing some time in the National guard to gain my entitlement to a VA loan then use travel nurses, soldiers, doctors, and local tenants to rent out to.

I'm on a mission and just like all soldiers I never give up 😁!
