.- IMO, you'll have to add a discount to nearby, comparable properties that aren't on the busy road to entice guests and provide an appropriate value; therefore, you should pay a discounted value for the property.- Provide white noise machines, box fans, and earplugs in each bedroom.- Are any of the bedrooms on the roadside of the house?
