I don't recall it charging by the number of properties, but once you get to the step where you can change the filters, you can set a filter for properties that have a 30-day minimum.Another part of MTR pricing strategy that people don't talk about often is: How do you manage your calendar to avoid large vacant gaps that can't be rented when you aren't allowed to do STR stays.
