William Nguyen
Posted

what are ways to fund the first property and to acquire it ? FHA loan is something, but more knowledge, the better. I am 17 year old blue collar worker trying to learn and get right into real estate soon as I turn 18

Here is the most common and simplest way - just follow these steps and I can guarantee it will work 100% of the time:

1. Get a job

2. Put money aside every month in savings

3. Save up until you have enough $

4. Pay bills on time so you have good credit

5. Get prequalified

6. Purchase home.
