Getting into Syndication

Leonard Allmond
Posted

Hello. I‘m just starting my real estate journey. I have a little experience in residential rental investing but I’m interested in getting into syndication. I would love to connect with someone who has been successful at syndication. I would love to learn from you. Thanks for your considering.

There are a good amount of syndicators here on BP. One rule of thumb, do not take their word for they saying they are successful, make sure to do a deep dive into the company, their management and do a lot of due diligence on them. Also if you have ability to, I would diversify across investments and not put it all with one firm, as if it goes bad in private syndications you could lose it all
