Seeking RE Attorney/Entity Advice
Howdy,
I've got kind of a unique situation and really don't know how to go about it. I currently reside in Florida and plan to start my wholesaling business here, but in 6 months I will be moving to Texas. I've read a book and looked up some information regarding entity formation, but I really don't know what state I should file it in. Should it be Florida or Texas? I've also read that Nevada and Wyoming are great places to start an LLC (although I don't plan to do any business in those states).
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, BP!
