I never see/hear anyone talking about leveraging corporate credit to buy real estate. With so many LLC's out there who has maximized or leveraged there LLC to get capital(without a personal guarantee or use of their SSN)?

Quck Poll....

1. Do you have a Paydex score or Exp. Bus Cred Score? If so what is it?

2. Have you leveraged any cash/vendor credit with your company without a PG?

3. What is your strategy and use for the funds?  Fllip/Buy and Hold, Notes?

4. How long did it take you to start leveraging?

I have found a few sources that I am trying out to build the company credit. Look into business credit approved and check their program out. Also seed capital. They give you access to my company core.com

Jeremy Hazelwood thanks for the input. I just signed up with corporate credit. I already have a 80 paydex and Experian score of 84. I got a deep discount on the program and they guarantee a min of $25k of cash credit with no PG

Be very careful with those.  If you are a company with less than 2yrs in business the chances of you getting access to actual capital without a PG is slim to none.

Alot of those companies "guarunteeing" credit upto for new companies are actually wanting you to apply for a **** ton of credit cards.

Building business credit can be done quite quickly organically.  Look up creditboards.com they have a TON of info about it for free (They are to credit what biggerpockets is to real estate investment)  I have no affiliation to them other than I have read a TON there in the past.

Don't pay anyone to build your business credit.  Just do it in the general running of your business.  If you are paying cash somewhere that you use often get on net 30 terms with them.

Office Depot

Phone Company

Supply House

It will come.

I have 80 Paydex and 92 Intelliscore

And was able to get $19k credit line with BJs Comenity , no PG, not tied to my personal credit.

This is a good forum thread that has a good list of vendors for the different tiers of Business, Corporate and Commercial Credit :

The owner of Creditsense presented at my local investor meetup about 6 months ago for the second time. There were about a dozen guys in the room that had used them and had over $250k in business credit lines with no PG. Their focus is on creating a fundable credit profile and they claim you can build up a $2m credit line in roughly 2 years. It’s expensive ($3-5k) so I have not done it yet but there were several credible guys who had used the program and vouched for it.

Sure. I have a Sams Club Business MasterCard for $12.5 no PG. Driven MasterCard I just got converted to general purposes for $8k that can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted now. Ton of various other forms of corporate credit as well that include Amazon, BP, Texaco, etc. Also have good personal credit that has allowed me to leverage and obtain business credit such as the Amex Business Platinum and the Amex Blue Business Plus. Both with a PG.
