Louisiana LLC Registration

My partners and I just got accepted on an out-of-state offer in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are in the process registering an LLC so that we can put this new LLC on the title of the property we are about to buy. The registration process requires that we provide an in-state address for our business, but we don't have one and have no plans to be setting up office or living any time soon. So my question is... Can we use the address of our new property as the registered business address? Any other experiences or suggestions to share on how to solve this in LA? Many thx for your feedback!

You are going to need a Registered Agent in Louisiana.  You can use any address you want to BUT the Registered Agent's purpose is to be available (findable) for service of process.
