House hacking With or without a pool
I have two properties that have identical numbers but one has a pool and one does not. My thoughts are the pool adds unnecessary liability for not much more added monthly revenue. Are my thoughts accurate on this? Has anyone dealt with a pool at their rental?

It depends on the market. If this were Florida, I would say the pool adds enough value that you could probably increase rent and cover the maintenance costs and extra insurance. If it were California, I may not want the liability because it's such a litigious state. If it's North Dakota, I know it won't get much use or bring in extra rent, so I would avoid it.
