Cleveland OOS - Looking for a team

Hi, This is Raj, am looking for a duplex investment property in Cleveland (Primary), Columbus Areas. I am  visiting this weekend and looking forward to connect with some people and form a real estate team. Please DM me if anyone interested.

So far I figured out my price range ~80-120K  in B/B-/C+/C grade areas. I am ok for a slight renovation but turn key is preferred at the moment. and areas like Shaker heights and Euclid  on East side and some pockets of 44102, 44111, Brooklyn on west side seems good.

I have read the ultimate guide Cleveland neighborhood grading, and any suggestions/contacts/comments are appreciated .
