Long-time Follower, First-Time Poster

[Jack Nazarian]

Hello all,

I am John (Jack) Nazarian, and I am a new real estate investor. As stated in the title, I have been following BiggerPockets for some time now. As a Challenge to myself, I wanted to complete one deal before making introductions on this forum of professionals. 

So, I finally took the plunge and acquired my first property this December 2022. I am going to be focusing my investing career on building a stack of rentals. My current goal is to attain financial independence to spend as much time as possible with my Wife and newborn Son. 

I am also hoping to meet some folks from the Las Vegas area that are passionate about REI as my wife is tired of hearing about it! We are all so lucky, this forum and associated media are such a wealth of knowledge to help us achieve our goals!

I purchased in a smaller suburb outside of Cleveland Ohio.

I just signed up for the local association. I am excited to attend my first meeting this Wednesday.

I purchased in Euclid, Ohio with HEAVY guidance from my realtor. 

I guess technically Euclid is it’s own city.
