Good day everyone!

Just wondering was anyone in the community experienced with tax deed/tax lien properties and auctions. Ive acquired a few properties through online deed auctions. Just looking to connect with other investors that are in the space and would like to share insight. Maybe we could be of some benefit to each other in the future! Please reach out!

I own many houses that I have acquired from tax lien auctions in SC. I only go to in person auctions and always drive by any property I am willing to bid in. It takes many hours of research prior to an auction to properly pick the properties I would like to bid on and possibly own if they don’t get redeemed.

I am from Alabama, but would never buy liens there.
