Tax liens and deed pro’s
Good day everyone!
Just wondering was anyone in the community experienced with tax deed/tax lien properties and auctions. Ive acquired a few properties through online deed auctions. I own many houses that I have acquired from tax lien auctions in SC. I only go to in person auctions and always drive by any property I am willing to bid in. It takes many hours of research prior to an auction to properly pick the properties I would like to bid on and possibly own if they don’t get redeemed.
I am from Alabama, but would never buy liens there.
