Hi guys, I couldn't qualify for a loan, because I'm too poor. lol What other options do I have other than conventional loans? Are there such thins as unconventional loans?

@Steve Cristal could you be more specific? Do you own any properties now? Would the bank not qualify you?

I had a HORRIBLE experience trying to get my first loan. I still believe they knew they wouldn't qualify me but continued to string me along and take my money anyway. Then, I got educated and started running the conversation--at a different bank nonetheless.

I promise you, there is a solution. There always is :)
