Too good to be true? $114/mo to buy. $824/mo from the tenant.
I'm looking at this on zillow: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3500-S-King-St-LOT-J-Denv...
The estimate is saying it is $114/mo to buy it and the Rent Zestimate is $824/mo.
$710/mo in profit per month.
Is this real? Surely there is something I'm not seeing here.

1. You can't finance that home and will need to pay cash.
2. The land doesn't come with it. The home sits on a mobile home park that probably charges $400+ a month.
3. The mobile home park may have rules against renting.
4. Don't rely on Zillow estimates.
