New Investor and New to BP
Hello everyone! I am new to Real Estate investing and to BP. I would like to say hi to everyone and I hope everyone has a good year. I'm in the Las Vegas, Nevada market and am looking to build some friendships and good networking channels. I also appreciate any advice that anyone has to a new guy getting started out.

Welcome @Steven Thompson , I do not know your level of experience, but be sure through the Learn section above. it took me months to get through it all but I was amazed at how much I learned, and I had been investing for 20 years before I read it. You can also set key word alerts for areas or topics of interest, like Las Vegas. Be sure to run possible deals across the forums for review. More than one investor found a puzzle piece he was missing by doing so, like Who is paying the utilities on the duplex?
