Property Owner Names

Hello, how can I look up the name & address of a property owner in Orange County, CA? I've been driving for dollars and have compiled a list of potential properties. However, when I go to the ocgov website and look up the property tax records, the owner name and address are replaced with this message: ASSESSEE NAME AND ADDRESS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE PER CA GOV CODE §6254.21. 

I can probably ask my real estate agent but she's so busy, I don't want to give her more work that might lead to nowhere. I'd like to be able to look it up myself. Thanks!

@Sonia Arreguin the best way is to subscribe for Propstream or Property Radar.  If your RE agent is too busy, it may be time to get one that is more experienced.  Check out the local meetup this month in your area:
