New to the Corridor investment market

Hello! My name is Lisa Hebert. My husband and I are looking to get our first multifamily in the Cedar Rapids area. We would love to connect to anyone who has a meetup or is currently a landlord in the area. This week we are going to look at a couple duplexes.

We are currently in Cedar Rapids. We're looking at ones in Mount Vernon and North Liberty.

There is a Facebook Group Called "CR Area RE Investor Meetup" that gets together frequently. There are also discussions within the group. I don't believe the next meetup has been scheduled, but should meetup soon.
