@Christian Kenworthy Zillow is ok, for basic information, but I wouldn't rely on it to be very accurate. It tends to pull its information from public records like tax assessors and appraisal districts. If you are looking for comps, find a good real estate agent.
Being here in Tarrant County, I would recommend that you use the appraisal district and county Clerck's to do your records searches. They will be far more accurate than Zillow.
Just to give you an idea of how in accurate Zillow is. I had a lot in Fort Worth, it had valued as a 3-1 for $45,000. I would have loved to have sold my vacant lot for just half what it listed as. I tried to correct the error myself, but it kept stating that there was a bathroom on the lot. I guess it wanted to use it for a dump....LOL
