What are the most important professional relationships I need to establish before starting out flipping and or buy and hold. These are on my list:

Real Estate Attorney

Title Company

CPA

RE Agent

Local Wholesalers

Local Contractors (Though for me it is myself)

Investors/local bank loan officer

Who am I missing or who gets commonly overlooked but you have found to be of benefit?

Id say an agent and contractors are the top 2. Most of the other peripheral ones you would be able to get good referrals from a trusted agent and trusted general contractor.
