Showing Agent Wage

Hi BP,

I am in the works of working with a local investor who is also the owner of a property management company. Since I have experience showing properties he would like me to start showing some of the properties in their portfolio. We have both agreed that pay per showing is the best route for us. I am wondering what would be a reasonable rate for both the company and me? My thoughts were $30-$45 per showing. What I would be doing is contacting warm leads and setting up showings after that simply referring the prospect to the office staff. Let me know what you guys think!

I should also mention that their office is an hour away from the properties I would be showing (The properties are in the town I live in).

@Kyle Soderman Are you a licensed agent? If you are not, check the laws of your state and see if an unlicensed individual can legally show a property for rent on behalf of someone else.
