Finding property management and contractors

Hi all, I am interested in making my first purchase in Houston, Texas. This is a foreclosed multi family home which needs quite a bit of work, so I am hoping to apply the BRRRR strategy. I am from out of state and will be purchasing properties sight unseen. If anyone has any experience or recommendations with finding contractors and property management in the Houston, Texas area to get an estimate on repairs, I would greatly appreciate it. Or if you have any advice for someone who is new to REI and hoping to build my business. I would love to learn from all of you! Jerry

Replied

YOU CAN CHECK THE  NARPM web site.  This is the national association of Property managers.   Then ones I know who are reputable are members.
