Hi everyone, i'm reaching out to the BP community for help. I have a property in Poconos PA, I purchased this property over a year ago, after calculating the numbers i can sale the property for about $100,000. I own the property free and clear, but i had a flood in basement, and i need about $35,000 to finish the rehab. How do i turn this into an opportunity, do i try to partnership with a contractor, sale it as is or fix/flip.

@Brandon Turner @Mindy Jensen I seen so many podcast's and follow the webinars, each podcast opens new doors to opportunities but i know i need to reach out to you guys and see if anyone can help turning this flip into an opportunity.

thanks

@David T coello If you don't have the funds for the fix up, you'll have to either find a partner or private lender. I've heard of others who have successfully worked with contractors bringing them on as partners on some of their deals. The hardest part is finding someone good, reliable and honest to work with. Good luck!!
