With a healthy cash reserve do I need to budget for cap x and mai

Just starting this journey and was wondering. When calculating cash flow on a potential property would I budget cash for capital expenditures and maintenance if I keep a healthy cash reserve for each property? Appreciate all the help I’ve been getting from this wonderful community btw.

you can self fund those but you need to do actuals down the track to see how your doing.  AS long as funds are somewhere.. I don't think most investors after a few years really know what they are making anyway.
