Need lender, realtor, property manager to start investing
Hello this is my story. I want to invest in real estate buy, hold & rent. Right now I live in Woodbridge, Va. I have learn so much by reading the ebooks and listening to the podcasts. Right now I have equity in my house. I still have left 195,000 in mortgage and the property is work like 400,000. I was planing on getting a heloc and buy a property for around 50k and fix it and rented but like you know there are not properties in this area for that price. So I was looking out of state. There some houses in Florida and most of them need fixing, the only issue is all I have is Zillow and realtor to look at the properties and then find Someone trust to go to the properties and really tell me what is wrong it. So most likely I will need to get a contractor to go to the properties and tell me what is wrong. Any recommendations for realtor, property manager and lender around Florida and Woodbridge Va. sorry for the long post
