Greetings BP family,

I'm a newbie to the real estate investing world. Right now, I have 10K free and clear. I realize it's not much but I'd like to use it to get started and get my feet planted into real estate.  I'm in Atlanta, GA. The market seems to ok, presently. I've talked to a few real estate agents and investors in passing and most concur that there are deals to be had in our market.

Ultimately I'm interested in knowing if you guys have an suggestion on ways that I can take my 10k and get started investing in realestate. Tactics for handling the money, best types of investment routes for the money or even partnerships. I'm very open to hearing what you vets have to share. Please Heeeelp!!!

Thank you guys in advance. :-)

@Mario Perkins use that money to purchase a residential multi family (2-4 units) for 3.5% down using an FHA loan. Rent out other units. Just make sure to run the numbers ahead of time conservatively to make sure you can cover the amount left over after these are rented out and consideration of vacancies 🤙🏻
