Lease option closing

Lets say me and Seller agree on terms and we get the property under contract for a lease option to purchase. What are the closing costs involved?

There are no closing costs until the option to purchase is exercised.  Until then it is only a lease agreement.

I've done many lease option assignments.  Probably several hundred over the years.
What contracts are you using?

Im looking at the one Wendy Patton has its on youtube for free. Im assuming you’ve done alot of subject to deals as well?

Few Sub To deals.  I was never a fan.  I'm certainly not the last word on that strategy.
