Question for Investor Friendly Agents

Hello everyone! Happy new year. For all the investors friendly agents out there, in your opinion why do your investors work with you and how do you add value to them and their portfolios? Are you an investor yourself and position yourself to be a source of knowledge or is it a lot more thorough than that? I am wanting to transition from a “traditional” buyers agent to working with investors but am wanting to research more before I dive head first. Any insight/advice is much appreciated. Thank you

I am a REALTOR, but I'm also an investor and a property manager. Most realtors do not invest in real estate. Of those that do invest in real estate, they usually don't know what makes a good deal or how to properly manage their rentals. They fly by the seat of their pants just like any mom-and-pop investor.

I manage 400 rentals so I bring a lot of experience. I also own 25 rentals myself and understand it from the investor viewpoint. On top of that, I am networking with property managers and investors around the country on a daily basis. Many of my clients are pleasantly surprised after working with me because previous agents understood the basics of buying and selling real estate but didn't have the knowledge or experience to provide any additional value relating to investments.
