Looking for information about how a refi cash out works?  I currently have a rental with lots of equity build up and a 50k line of credit.  Looking into refi to keep the current rental and purchase more.  Thanks for your feedback.

@Brooks Everline The process is pretty similar to a loan you get when purchasing a property.

@Jerry Padilla is a bp member I have worked with who does a lot of these. Perhaps he can point you in the right direction.
