What happened to the BP FilePlace???

What happened to the BP FilePlace? It is no longer showing under the Tools section and I can't locate it anywhere. Please tell me this hasn't been removed from the site as this has been a valuable resource for documents and spreadsheets and something that really adds tangible value to the site.
